Description: The job scope includes the consulting, implementation and conversion support of IRB IBM Filenet and Datacap Forms Processing/Imaging System to process the IRB company return form CP39 documents. In the past, the document processing was outsourced to 6 different companies. With the new system in place, IRB was able to process the documents themselves. Additionally, Cell Edge was also awarded a variation order to convert 1 million pages of document.
